ORDERING

• Only genuine buyers will be entertained. If you're not sure whether the item is suitable for you, drop us an email. If you are very skeptical about it, we advise you NOT to place any order.

• We cannot guarantee the display color will be accurate because it depends on your monitor setting. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product that appear on the site.

• All prices are non-negotiable and exclude shipping.

PAYMENT

• Payment must be made within 3 days (except Public Holidays, Saturday & Sunday) upon receiving the invoice. Please email us a copy of the transaction receipt.

SHIPPING

• Your order will be shipped within 1 - 3 days (except Public Holidays, Saturday & Sunday) upon receiving the payment. If you do not receive any response or confirmation from us within that period, please kindly resend you email (in case of any technical problems)

Step 2:
We will get back to you on your order, enquiries & etc within 1 - 3 business days.

Step 3:
Once everything is confirmed we will send you an invoice with the total amount (including postage charge) to pay. We will provide you the bank account info to bank in the payment. (Payment must be made within 3 business days after the confirmation, if not your order will be terminated)

Step 4:
Once you have made your payment, please kindly email us a copy of the bank transaction receipt or the reference number if you paid by CIMBclicks, CIMB ATM or Bank Transfer. So that we can verify your payment.

Step 5:
Once we've received your payment, we will send out your order the next day. You shall receive your order in 2 - 5 days depending on your mailing address.
